As a result our business was not affected at all. Wonderful! &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Full training on the system was also provided, we now understand the capabilities of the system, how to use it to best suit our business, and are able to deal with most queries without having to rely on constant technical support, although if we are unsure about anything Informe are always available and happy to help.</description>

I was unfortunate enough in our case to be allocated the task of arranging a new telephone system, and with P&amp;amp;R Labpak relying on the telesales function to receive orders I had without a doubt the most critical decision to make. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;I spent many a night mulling over the packages I’d been offered, I needed a good system, I needed a good price, but more than anything I needed someone who I could rely on to deliver and to provide us with the technical know-how to get us where we wanted to be.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;On first contact Informe pointed out what we needed, what problems we faced and crucially how they would be overcome. On top of this the Avaya system that everyone else had previously recommended also came with a price that bettered all other offers on the table. If only I had been told about Informe before, I could have saved myself those sleepless nights. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;The build-up to the move was a treacherous time with the numerous hurdles that come with a new-build project, and I must admit to giving Informe the run around on what our plans for the big-day were. Throughout this time I was assured that everything would be fine and the options that they came up gave me confidence that even if everything else went wrong we would at least have some kind of network.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;As it happened…we entered a temporary office without any phone-lines(!!!) yet still, within an hour of leaving our old building the phones were ringing in the new one.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;I still don’t really know how this happened but the system is simply amazing and I could never really put into words how delighted I am with it, and grateful for the support that has been available over the past few months.</description>

They are always able to offer advice based in their considerable experience and  they have been the platform for our expansion.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;They have installed a telephone system which we rely on totally to handle incoming calls efficiently and their support has always been exemplary. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;They have set up and managed a network computer system which we have found extremely robust. Whenever we have had problems they have been able to fix the problem remotely or a call out within 4 hours (even sometimes at weekends).&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;I would  have no hesitation in recommended their service and support.</description>

Recently we had a power supply fail and Informe responded by sending through a new power supply and a spare next-day before 9am. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;When we had a configuration error earlier this year Informe talked us through getting the system back up and running. The system was only down for a short while due to the help and expertise of Informe.</description>
